Welcome to Polar Paws ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of polarpawscooling.store (the "Site") and any products purchased through it (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Descriptions

We attempt to describe and display our Products, including materials, sizing, and colors, as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting in photos.
  • Sizing charts are provided as a guide; measurements may vary slightly by manufacturing batch.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any Product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.
  • As many of our Products ship from third-party suppliers, delivery timelines may vary and are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return and refund terms are outlined in our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Generally:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before an order has shipped.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and meet the conditions described in our Return Policy.
  • Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Our cooling products are intended for general pet comfort use as described on each product listing. They are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your pet shows signs of heat-related illness or distress, consult a veterinarian immediately. Always supervise pets during initial use of any new product.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
