Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Delivery estimates begin from the shipping confirmation date, not the order date, and are estimates — not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier volume, or weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — any active offer will be reflected automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you first receive it.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped to Canada, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country upon delivery. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at hello@polarpawscooling.store within 7 days so we can help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once an order has shipped, and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
